Middletown Connect was founded by a group of dedicated citizens and community leaders who understood that meaningful change starts with building relationships—and relationships start with connection.
What We Do
Middletown Connect is a community-building process that develops naturally. It does not use a fixed list of programs and services. Instead, its actions arise from the interactions between residents, community leaders, and service providers.
To encourage this natural development, Middletown Connect involves all community members in a consistent set of practices applied to all activities.
How We Do It
Engage residents and leaders in discussions. Elevate resident input in decisions. Link those in need to health services. Foster collaboration between residents and providers to improve health outcomes.
Founded By
The Safety Council of Southwestern Ohio in partnership with the City of Middletown’s Health Department.
Middletown Connect started in April 2022.
