Middletown Connect was founded by a group of dedicated residents and community leaders who understood that meaningful change starts with building relationships—and relationships start with connection.
What We Do
Engage residents and leaders in discussions. Elevate resident input in decisions. Link those in need to health services. Foster collaboration between residents and providers to improve health outcomes.

Middletown Connect started in April 2022.
